Requirements

• Strong communication skills (friendly, responsive, and great at writing conversational emails)
• Experience with influencer/affiliate marketing (managing influencer relationships, handling discount codes, and outreach)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and resourceful in handling influencer requests

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with GRIN partners (our affiliate marketing platform)
• Handle inbound partner requests with professionalism and a friendly touch
• Coordinate product giveaways and ensure timely delivery
• Troubleshoot platform issues reported by influencers
• Onboard new partners and help them get started successfully

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the health & wellness industry
• Familiarity with GRIN (our affiliate platform)
• Experience working with UGC creators
