Summary

Join European Dynamics as an Information & Policy Management Expert, working remotely within the EU. This role involves collaborating with a major client's IT team, focusing on document management and policy compliance. You will liaise with stakeholders, contribute to policy development and implementation, and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks. The position requires a Master's degree in IT or a relevant field, along with 15+ years of experience in IT, particularly in information systems architecture and Microsoft technologies. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in IT
  • Excellent experience in Information Systems architecture, with a focus on security, IAM, data protection, and access logging/monitoring, particularly using Microsoft technologies including Azure
  • Excellent experience in designing technical and data management policies and effectively translating them into secure intranet and extranet solutions, including SOPs and technical implementations in Microsoft environments such as M365, SharePoint, and Azure
  • Experience with analyzing requirements, designing solutions, providing technical presentations and making use of BPMN or UML 2.0 models
  • In-depth knowledge of document classification policies and management rules applicable to EU institutions, including standards required for drafting data protection notices and conducting data protection impact assessments
  • Knowledge of IT project management and software development methodologies
  • Excellent command of the French and English language

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (i.e., business experts as technical/security experts) to collect, structure and consolidate information, document classification and management requirements
  • Assist in drawing up and maintenance of the main document management policy
  • Contribute to the analysis and design of document management implementation plans across technical platforms and solutions, ensuring consistent implementation
  • Assist the DPO and Security Officer in monitoring adherence to document management policies and regulatory frameworks
  • Proactively identify and address policy compliance issues, ensuring consistent application of document management rules from both technical and business perspectives

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL certification, Prince2, Azure Fundamentals or above
