Summary
Join Guidepoint's Market Research Team and manage online surveys throughout their entire life cycle. Work alongside Project Managers, editing questionnaires, recruiting respondents, programming and testing surveys in Qualtrics, and managing vendor relationships. You will also convert survey data into client-deliverable formats using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ensuring clients receive regular updates. The role requires expert-level Qualtrics experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools. This remote position offers competitive compensation and employee medical coverage, and is based in Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi with early shift timings.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 4 years of market research or related experience
- Expert level Qualtrics experience required β ability to create and troubleshoot complex surveys
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations with tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Proficient use of the internet for completion of timely research projects
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
- A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Market Research Project Managers and manage online surveys throughout the entire project life cycle
- Edit survey questionnaires to fit respondent-friendly formats and programming formats in Qualtrics
- Research, identify, and recruit appropriate respondents needed to meet quotas for survey recruiting
- Program and test questionnaires for online surveys
- Manage relationships with survey respondents and vendors, and answer all technical and non-technical questions about the survey
- Respond to RFQs and assess pricing and feasibility
- Conversion of large quantities of data from surveys into client-deliverable formats using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ensure clients are regularly updated on survey status and their needs are continually met
- Work on ad-hoc project requests
- Work with other teams across Guidepoint in assisting and implementing surveys
