Infra Program Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Cloud Infrastructure Manager and leverage your extensive AWS expertise to lead and mentor a team of talented engineers. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. You will utilize your deep understanding of AWS services, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding projects and fostering collaboration within the team. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management with a proven track record of success. AWS certifications are highly preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a focus on AWS
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and cloud projects
• Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and DevOps practices
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment
