Requirements

• Experience of working in a highly regulated, secure defence organisation or public sector environment
• Experience of working on capital infrastructure projects
• Deployment of infrastructure and digital solutions in 3rd party buildings and sites
• Experience of technical installations, networks, applications, and solution delivery, in support of expansion of site facilities and business operational locations
• Delivering IT projects into complex multi-disciplined programmes of work
• Have an understanding of Mod installation standards for IT and OT
• Experience of working with multiple external delivery partners
• Ability to work flexibly to accommodate changing Programme needs
• Experience of balancing conflicting priorities across resource availability
• Experience of working in matrix managed project environment
• Delivering project documentation in accordance with company governance process (e.g. Project plans, changes, requests for quotation)
• Experience of SharePoint, Project Online and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Defining and documenting the scope of the programme; investigating and defining and agreeing all relevant high-level requirements
• Following approval of high-level requirements elaborating, agreeing and documenting the detailed Functional and Non-Functional requirements
• Identifying activities, deliverables, roles and responsibilities necessary to achieve the outcome (as defined by the high-level requirements)
• Producing, owning, and managing the plan/delivery of work necessary to achieve the outcome
• Leading stakeholder analysis and business engagement
• Developing solution options for delivery of technical capability
• Developing outline ROM Costs, Schedule / Timeline
• Ensuring accurate and timely project reporting, highlighting any key risks or issues to delivery
• Liaising with project sponsors to resolve issues or conflicts and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Supporting and ensuring compliance with IS Project Delivery Governance (Stage Gates)
• Supporting management of resources across projects and programmes
