Summary
Join All Your BI as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Scout, or similar role within their People & Culture circle. You'll manage a high-volume recruitment funnel, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensure a strong employer brand. Requirements
- Possess a strong drive and radiate this
- Have at least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment. Experience with Data profiles is a plus
- Be fluent in both Dutch and English. All internal communication is in English
- Have stakeholder & process management skills; collect feedback, translate it into vacancies, and manage the process. Plan, prepare stakeholders, and keep everyone informed in a timely manner
- Possess interview & assessment skills; conduct conversations without nerves, ask the right questions, and be able to assess a match well
- Have a knack for spotting and unraveling hidden talent, norms, and values that perfectly fit our company culture
- Possess strong communication skills; easily communicate with all levels, communicate proactively, and keep your team well-informed
- Enjoy collaboration & alignment; enjoy working together, be open to feedback, actively give feedback, and be able to clearly pitch your ideas to your colleagues in People & Culture
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the recruitment function within the organization; connect with the internal organization and translate business needs into precise profiles
- Take ownership of the recruitment funnel; lead the recruitment of new Heroes, the speed at which, how we expand our capacities, improve our methods, and raise the overall quality within All Your BI to a higher level
- Act as a culture guardian; determine in 15 to 30-minute conversations whether the candidate matches our culture
- Manage project quality & data governance; manage our ATS system Recruitee and ensure good data quality and clear processes. Ensure the right people are hired at the right time
- Coach others in their work; provide active feedback, show others how to improve their work, and raise them to a higher level

- Understand people, from your colleagues and their real needs to potential candidates and their values. Have a smooth chat and be an excellent listener
- Work for various internal clients. Collaborate with the Circle Strategist to ensure that our recruitment planning is up-to-date and that we hire the right Hero at the right time
- Be results-oriented. Understand the processes needed to build a solid recruitment function that enables our organization to grow with top talent. Always prioritize results
- Be creative. Data profiles are among the top 5 most difficult profiles to find in the world. The market is constantly changing. This requires continuous adjustment of how we attract top talent and through which channels
- Be tech-savvy. Master an ATS in no time, and show us how we can get more out of it. Always look for the best tools for the job. Have ideas to make our recruitment processes more efficient with AI without losing the personal aspect
- Enjoy intensive collaboration. With your marketing colleagues on our vacancies, employer brand, and campaigns, with HR on processes, with community management on onboarding, and with all your other colleagues on internal projects or organizing fun activities
- Work transparently. All Your BI is transparent, from strategy to financial results to who works where. Everyone shares what they are working on, can ask questions, give feedback, and share ideas
