Summary

The job is for a temporary Sales position at Agilent focusing on selling services and assessing customer needs. The role requires fluent French and high-level English, excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and strong organization skills. The successful candidate will work from home in Spain with a salary of €26,936.00 gross per year and a bonus based on targets/KPIs.

Requirements

  • A fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries, emails, web contacts, and orders
  • Performing inbound and outbound telephone activities and managing the customer database
  • Managing your own sales funnel
  • Providing pricing & availability, parts identification, order status, and proof of delivery assistance to customers
  • Working together with several internal departments (such as customer care, engineers, PO booking centre as well as field staff) focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining/growing existing ones
  • Actively creating business opportunities and representing the brand through every customer interaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling insurance is a plus
  • Previous account management experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent technical knowledge and strategic sales skills
  • Ability to build rapport and demonstrate building customer relationships
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ambition and willingness to work hard to improve and grow your sales knowledge
  • A proactive approach and a strong team spirit
  • Experience with laboratories or analytical instrumentation would be a plus
  • Experience / background in insurance sales
  • Experience using SAP & Salesforce

Benefits

  • Start date: November, 4th
  • Contract: Temporary (3 months contract) with the view of extending it
  • Full-time: (39 hours/week)
  • Working days/Hours: Monday to Thursday - 9 am - 6 pm & Friday 9 am - 5 pm
  • Salary: €26,936.00 gross per year
  • Bonus: 11,000K based on targets / KPIs
  • Holidays: 24 calendar holidays per year
  • Work model: Work from home (anywhere in Spain)
  • Training: 2 weeks of initial training
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
