Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Join Horace Mann as an Inside Sales Representative and sell Auto and Property products remotely! You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. This role requires a P&C license and the ability to work an eight-hour shift within specified hours. You will build customer relationships, demonstrate products, and meet sales goals. Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required
• 2 years of college or equivalent business experience
• Must have P&C License
• Call center or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact volume to ensure production goals are met
• Utilize sales skills to ensure proper close ratio goals are met
• Consistently achieve established quality standards
• Maintain licensing regulation/requirements
