Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Join Jerry, a rapidly growing fintech startup, as an Inside Sales Representative and help car owners save time and money on their insurance. This remote position requires weekend and evening availability and involves assisting customers in choosing the right insurance policies from Jerry's extensive network of carriers. You will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, educating customers on policy details, preparing quotes, and resolving customer issues. This role offers competitive compensation, including an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions, as well as comprehensive benefits like health insurance, 401K match, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies
• Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
• Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
• Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy with Jerry
• Provide attentive, high energy conversation with customers that show we are actively engaged in finding a policy that best fits each individual's needs

Benefits

• Hourly wage: $18.00 - 20.00 plus uncapped commissions (on target annual earnings: $75,000-$100,000)
