This is a 99% remote, inside sales position offering uncapped commissions with earning potential between $45,000 and $100,000+ annually. You will make 100+ outbound calls daily, utilizing various leads and focusing on building trust, communicating value, and closing deals with integrity. The ideal candidate is a high-achieving sales professional with a passion for ethical selling, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Top performers can earn $150,000+ annually. Requirements
- 2+ years successful sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Track record of sales awards or top-performer recognition
- Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
- Active listening skills and conversation control skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and tech-savvy (CRM, Microsoft 365)
- High integrity and a strong work ethic
- Clean criminal background
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily, using a mix of leads from our extensive database, warm leads, self-sourced prospects, and inbound requests
- Build trust, communicate value, and close deals with integrity
