Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Join Remote's Inside Sales team as an Inside Sales Representative and make a material difference in the global employment space. This new role focuses on serving existing customers, contributing to the expansion of our client base. You will provide consultative, client-facing experience, solving tangible business challenges and collaborating with internal teams. The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will showcase Remote’s product portfolio, lead client conversations, convert sales opportunities, and share customer insights to guide product development. Responsibilities

• Showcase Remote’s product portfolio (EOR, Contractor Management, Payroll, Remote Talent, etc) as a potential solution for existing customers via phone, video conference, and email
• Lead client conversations by first educating users on the platform’s features and benefits, understanding the client’s challenges, and then promoting our product portfolio for then closed up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Convert cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to achieve individual and team quotas
• Share knowledge and insight from customer interactions with internal teams to guide product development and accelerate customer acquisition and retention
