Summary
Join Feedzai as an Inside Sales Representative and play a key role in driving sales of our AI/Machine learning platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and partnerships to build a strong sales pipeline. Your responsibilities include market research, lead generation (inbound and outbound), opportunity qualification, and reporting. You will need experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally within Fintech, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is data-driven, target-focused, and possesses a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Your first 30 days will involve onboarding, training, and shadowing colleagues. Requirements
- Have experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment (Fintech is a plus)
- Have 1-3 years of proven experience as an Inside Sales rep in the NAM region
- Be fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be a strong relationship builder, transparent, honest, and understand a consultative and value sales approach
- Possess a hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality with a strong drive and eagerness to learn
- Be organized, structured, analytical, data-driven, and target-focused
- Be open-minded and enjoy giving remote presentations
- Possess creative thinking skills to find new leads and opportunities
Responsibilities
- Conduct GTM research, positioning, and thought leadership
- Research and analyze the market and target accounts, enriching target account lists
- Establish first contact with stakeholders in target accounts (all levels, including C-level executives)
- Discuss industry trends, discover client challenges, and position Feedzai's solutions
- Demonstrate understanding of market segmentation, key personas, and messaging
- Utilize methodologies like CHAMP to qualify inbound leads, focusing on a customer-centric approach and value selling
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Sales to generate qualified opportunities
- Nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Develop outbound campaigns using emails, account-based marketing, calling, social selling, etc
- Properly handover qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Aggregate market information and provide feedback for GTM refinement
- Find new ways to refine GTM and identify new opportunities
- Create a vision with prospects
- Build trust and rapport with prospects, leads, and opportunities
- Focus on prospect challenges and needs, linking them to Feedzai's value proposition
- Give convincing presentations to top-level executives using consultative and value selling techniques
- Accurately forecast lead conversion using data
- Proactively build the right pipeline to hit targets
- Provide insightful reporting to management and the region
