Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in finance or blockchain
- Based in North America, preference for New York
- Strong prospecting and research skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with a basic understanding of staking
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills
- Resilient and adaptable with a growth mindset
- Team player with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Responsibilities
- Research and build high-priority institutional account lists across North America for Figment’s staking services
- Execute personalized, multi-touch outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to drive engagement
- Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel
- Map stakeholders and support relationship development at target accounts
- Partner closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline, surface key opportunities, and inform revenue forecasts
- Keep Salesforce CRM clean and recent while contributing to sales process improvements
- Track market trends and competitor moves to inform outbound strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and BD teams to share market feedback and optimize messaging
- Assist with regional events, conferences, and networking efforts to expand Figment’s presence and generate new leads
