Summary
Join BitGo, a leading digital asset solutions provider, as a high-output OTC Sales Specialist to drive rapid growth in our OTC and Prime business lines. This fast-paced role demands a closer who can quickly generate net new institutional OTC and Prime business by activating their crypto-native network, aggressively prospecting, and pushing qualified counterparties into BitGo’s trading and Prime programs. You will leverage your existing network, collaborate with the trading team, push the full value of BitGo’s platform, maintain high outbound outreach, and provide market insights. Success in this role requires a proven ability to generate new business, close deals, and hit targets. BitGo offers a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trading or sales trading at a leading financial institution, brokerage or OTC trading desk, ideally involving one or more of the following: digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives
- Strong experience in OTC / Voice Trade trade execution and risk management, strong understanding of electronic trading systems, covering front-to-back processes
- Communicative team player with a genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry
- 1–3+ years of institutional crypto sales or OTC sales experience
- Fast-ramp ability — must be generating opportunities within 2 weeks of joining
- A strong existing network of OTC-ready institutions and counterparties
- Crypto-native mindset and real knowledge of how the space moves
- Proven ability to generate new business, close deals, and hit targets
- Relentless outbound mentality — you’re not waiting for leads
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new OTC and Prime clients — funds, HNWIs, DAOs, family offices, and trading firms
- Leverage your existing network to drive deal flow from day one
- Collaborate with BitGo’s trading team on structuring, pricing, and executing large trades
- Push the full value of BitGo’s platform — including custody, execution, and Prime financing
- Maintain a high volume of outbound outreach and client engagement
- Consistently feed our OTC desk with qualified, high-potential leads and counterparties
- Partner cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and onboarding teams for smooth client activation
- Provide market insights and client feedback to help improve offerings and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Arabic is a plus; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in Arabic is highly valued for supporting regional clients and markets
