You will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, design interactive training materials (e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and multimedia content), and evaluate program effectiveness. This role requires strong instructional design principles, experience with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and excellent communication skills. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3 plus years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles
  • Experience with learning management software and related tools
  • Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Experience with Enablement platforms (e.g. Seismic, Highspot, ShowPad)
  • Experience with technical writing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and the fluidity to adapt to shifts in priorities
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior levels

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and identify performance gaps
  • Create interactive and engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and multi-media content, following best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Develop clear, engaging, and interactive content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and ensure alignment with learning objectives
  • Implement assessment tools and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics. Use data to make continuous improvements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Communicate progress and address any issues that arise
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the learning solutions meet organizational needs and align with overall business goals
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions or provide support to facilitators as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies
  • Emphasize experience in developing and delivering product training
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP))
