Requirements

• Expertise in HR, Payroll, Asset Management, and Finance systems
• Proficient in conducting end-user training sessions for modules such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Experienced in developing multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and demonstration models to enhance learning experiences
• Adept at managing the change impact of training programs at all organizational levels
• Certified in key ERP systems, including Oracle UPK, Odyssey Court Management Suite, and others
• Extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, with certifications in PMP, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Developing, designing, and delivering comprehensive training programs across various enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, including Oracle
• Managing and executing large-scale training initiatives both in-person and virtually
