Requirements
- Experience with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now)
- Experience using an LMS, preferably Brainier
- Bachelorโs degree in human resources management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, preferably at a small to mid-size (<500 FTE) government contractor
- Strong knowledge and background in talent management initiatives including performance reviews and development of succession plans, learning and development, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Experience in Total Rewards compliance
- Experience in all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Experience with benefits administration, including enrollment, employee inquiries, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the organization with colleagues, building relationships with employees, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Work closely with each business unit and back-office service center to ensure HR is readily available to respond to inquiries promptly, direct employees to appropriate HR resources, and provide guidance and support on HR matters, including policy interpretation, performance management, learning and development and alongside the HR Director provide conflict resolution and corrective action guidance
- Support the HR Coordinator in benefits administration
- Partner with the HR Generalist on talent acquisition, including communication with our external recruitment firm
- Work closely with both teams to streamline and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
