Insurance Operations Support Specialist

As a Brokerage Operations Associate, you will provide dedicated administrative support, assisting with daily insurance operations, client documentation, and coordination. This remote contractor role in the Philippines requires previous insurance industry experience, familiarity with insurance terminology and processes, and experience with insurance management systems or CRMs. You will be responsible for preparing insurance quotations, processing data, maintaining client records, and preparing supporting documentation. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated professional and administrative support to one Risk Advisor (Account Manager)
• Assist in preparing insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents to support client servicing
• Accurately process and input data into web-based insurance systems, CRMs, and editable PDFs
• Maintain and update client records and policy information in the CRM system
• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance as requested
• Gather and organize client data to prepare insurance policy applications and other supporting documentation
• Has knowledge of managing billing processes with both clients and insurance carriers
• Organize and track outstanding documentation, including policy subjectivities and compliance requirements
• Draft and send professional communications to clients, insurers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Risk Advisor
