Summary

Join ReSource Pro as an Insurance Systems Compliance Analyst and assist the team in maintaining the policy rating system and onboarding new clients. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of accounts, providing customer support and troubleshooting. After three months, you will research insurance regulatory changes, collaborate with technical staff on software design, create assessments and specifications, develop test plans, and manage releases. You will also assist with new client implementations and collaborate across teams on projects. This remote position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of office experience, robust project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional customer service. The salary range is $13.17-$27.66 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Research and understand changes being made in insurance regulatory policy operations for software application base product features, bureau changes, and customer development projects
  • Work with internal technical staff to identify design considerations for software application features/changes
  • Create written assessments/specifications; define programming changes needed to implement a given software application feature or change for a client in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
  • Create and execute test plans for policy rating system
  • Perform tasks related to release management; complete and document tasks associated with the product's software development life cycle
  • Assist in tasks related to the implementation of new clients
  • Profile project plans and requirements and provide project management for new client implementations that are small and/or low complexity
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Collaborate across the Insurance Policy Operations and MIS teams to assist with tasks and special projects as required
