Requirements
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience managing automotive insurance claims, with expertise in auto damage assessment and total loss resolution
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience working remotely and managing responsibilities in a virtual environment
- Proven research and analytical skills with the ability to investigate beyond the immediate scope
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of claims associates, providing mentorship, training, and regular performance feedback
- Conduct team meetings to align goals and resolve challenges
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on quality, accountability, and client satisfaction
- Review total loss and lienholder claims for compliance, fairness, and accuracy
- Develop and enhance efficient processes for claims review and resolution
- Monitor and analyze claims metrics; generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct in-depth investigations into complex or disputed claims by gathering and analyzing relevant information
- Collaborate with clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors to achieve timely and satisfactory resolutions
