Manufacturing Team Lead

As part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, you will oversee manufacturing processes, develop and implement manufacturing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management, at least two years of managing a manufacturing team, strong data-driven decision-making skills, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain management
• At least 2 years of managing a manufacturing team/line
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, along with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with all levels of the company's value chain
• Autonomy and Proactivity in solving problems
• Spanish speaker
• High familiarity with digital tools and enterprise platforms, including ERP and WMS systems such as SAP and Oracle

Responsibilities

• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth
• Provide technical support to other teams, including engineering, quality, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure they are operating effectively
• Ensure training and development of shopfloor operators aligned with Sword's Quality Management System

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools
• Experience in the medical device industry
• Ability to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment
