Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain management
- At least 2 years of managing a manufacturing team/line
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, along with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with all levels of the company's value chain
- Autonomy and Proactivity in solving problems
- Spanish speaker
- High familiarity with digital tools and enterprise platforms, including ERP and WMS systems such as SAP and Oracle
Responsibilities
- Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth
- Provide technical support to other teams, including engineering, quality, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure they are operating effectively
- Ensure training and development of shopfloor operators aligned with Sword's Quality Management System
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Ability to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment
