Summary

Join Europe's fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products as a tech-savvy problem solver in the Supply department. You will bridge the gap between sellers and the platform by setting up and maintaining seamless integrations. Responsibilities include independently resolving problems on existing seller automations/integrations, setting up new seller accounts, consulting sellers on refurbed’s automation capabilities, and supporting internal teams on integration-related topics. A basic understanding of web APIs (HTTP/gRPC) and excellent analytical skills are required. Excellent English skills are essential, and German is a plus. The company offers a fully remote work setting with the option to work from their Vienna office, a dedicated learning budget, partnerships for personal growth and mental health, and frequent internal workshops.

Requirements

  • You have a basic understanding of web API’s (HTTP/gRPC) and know how to use them
  • You know how to communicate technical topics in simple terms for non-technical people
  • You have excellent analytical skills and know how to troubleshoot problems effectively
  • You are always curious about how things work and understand the importance of documentation
  • You have a hands-on mentality and rather do than talk and can work with a full remote team
  • You have excellent English skills, German is a plus

Responsibilities

  • You will independently resolve problems on existing seller automations/integrations
  • You set up new sellers accounts on our platform
  • You will consult sellers about refurbed’s automations capabilities (CSV-feeds, integrators, custom API development) and help set these up
  • You support internal teams on all integrations related topics
