You will orchestrate all aspects of customer integration process improvement, analyzing existing processes, identifying gaps, and developing strategies for optimization. Responsibilities include standardizing integration pathways, creating a comprehensive playbook, and fostering collaboration across various internal teams. You will manage all phases of integration improvement projects, track progress, and provide regular updates. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly with data integration and technical solutions (3+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in mapping complex processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing successful process optimization initiatives
- Proven success in managing complex data integration projects, ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, or System Integration environments
- Experience in cross-functional leadership, aligning teams with varying priorities and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs
- Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand, map, and analyze existing customer integration processes from end-to-end
- Identify critical gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas of waste within current integration workflows
- Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, and minimize integration timelines
- Lead the initiative to standardize customer integration pathways, creating clear, repeatable, and scalable processes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer integration playbook, including process flows, best practices, common integration patterns, and recommended solutions
- Identify and document common ways of integration, enabling the team to provide proactive and efficient recommendations to customers
- Act as the central point of contact for all customer integration-related projects and process improvements
- Foster strong alignment and build collaborative relationships with various internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, and Customer Success
- Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs to ensure smooth execution and reduce duplicated work or team dependencies
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Proactively identify patterns, trends, and common challenges in customer integrations to inform process improvements and potential product enhancements
- Establish metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of integration processes and identify further opportunities for optimization
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the integration ecosystem
- Lead Customer Integration teams' meetings (e.g., stanups) to ensure continuous collaboration
- Manage all phases of integration improvement projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, and manage resources effectively
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data tracking, catalog management, and API integrations is a plus
- Familiarity with data ingestion, health monitoring, and alerting tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to implementation
