Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience with a strong focus on intercompany reconciliations, preferably within a multinational environment
• Experience with NetSuite is required. Proficiency with other accounting systems and MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential
• Well-organized with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with colleagues across different countries and departments

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reconciliations between subsidiaries to ensure all intercompany balances are accurately reconciled and eliminated on a consolidated basis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the intercompany reconciliation process to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Work closely with country finance managers to develop and maintain best practices for intercompany entries and reconciliations, serving as a key point of contact for these processes
• Create working papers to support the group’s financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Participate in various ad-hoc finance team projects, contributing your expertise to support the team’s broader goals
