Summary

Join Eurofins Medical Device Services Benelux team as an Intercompany Coordinator! Coordinate outsourced services within the Eurofins network, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Ensure smooth project outsourcing by selecting appropriate laboratories, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing challenges to meet deadlines and scope. Responsibilities include managing communication with clients and labs, tracking project status, organizing calls, implementing LIMS functionalities, sample registration and shipment, ensuring information availability, handling invoicing, and organizing lab access for clients. This role requires strong coordination and project management skills, along with a background in healthcare or a biological field. Requirements

  • HBO, Bachelor or Master of Science in healthcare or biological field (e.g., Biology, Biotech, Biomedical Engineering, etc.) to understand the customers need and projects
  • A reasonable understanding and/or interest in LIMS software or similar programs
  • Initiative-taker to identify opportunities and following up on them
  • Being able to work in detail and independent
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Not scared to pick-up the phone
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch
  • Parttime or fulltime available (32 – 40 hours a week)
  • Located in the Netherlands or Belgium

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all services that are being outsourced within the Eurofins network
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, and make sure that the process of outsourcing runs smoothly
  • Make use of the Eurofins network you will outsource the project to the appropriate laboratory, keep track of progress of analytical projects carried out and pro-actively take action to ensure the analytical projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed timelines and the agreed scope
  • The person of contact for customer and performing laboratory
  • Answering questions of customers and performing laboratory
  • Proactively keeping track of status and progress with performing laboratory
  • Proactively organizing/ hosting calls with labs and customers to discuss study progress
  • Be part of Implementation of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) for Sample registration. Β You will be challenged to keep improving the functionalities within LIMS to structure and organize the intercompany operations work
  • Registration of Samples in LIMS and taking care of Sample shipment
  • Ensuring all information is available to perform the work (sample registration form, Purchase Order, etc)
  • In charge of the Invoicing process
  • Organize Lab access account for customers and provide online training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a coordinating role or client interfacing role is considered a plus
  • Experience with analytical testing and/or medical device testing is considered a plus
