Interior Designer Associate

Summary

The job is for an Interior Designer Associate at KREWE, a high-fashion eyewear company. The role involves supporting the Expansion Department in creating store layouts and design solutions to uphold and elevate the shopping experience. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years' experience in interior design or relevant field, is proficient in various software, and demonstrates organizational skills.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in interior design or relevant field
• Proficient in AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, + Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in Google Drive Office
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of construction, architectural and store planning terminology
• Working knowledge of store and field operations

Responsibilities

• Supports store layouts, schematics and concept design
• Assists in material sourcing, costing and sample selection for new projects
• Participates in the development, scheduling, and rollout of all new stores
• Works closely with AP to process all invoices and ensure vendors are being paid in a timely manner
• Creates sourcing/procurement and storage strategies
• Provides finish, hardware, lighting and appliance schedules for all new stores
• Coordinates FF&E specifications and vendor installs
• Assists VP of Expansion with essential administrative and day to day functions
• Create and maintain a library of design samples, files, and vendor lists
