Summary

Burrow is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate for their Retail store in Soho. The role involves supporting daily sales operations, communicating Burrow's values, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a clean showroom.

Requirements

• Have 2-4 years of sales experience in home/furniture retail (preferred)
• Expert customer service abilities; demonstrated passion for creating an unforgettable client experience
• Proven experience in consistently achieving sales goals; driven to meet sales targets and upsell
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via written communications, and over the phone

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate Burrow’s values and brand philosophy to customers through authentic, friendly engagement
• Strive for improvement in all areas of store operations, ensuring management is made aware of any issues or concerns that arise
• Demonstrate and explain the benefits and features of Burrow products as well as their assembly
• Perform operational duties to ensure the store exceeds sales and customer experience targets and maintains brand consistency
• Be a product expert, current on product information for the complete Burrow assortment
• Perform continuous client follow-up to ensure successful store performance
