Intermediate Development Engineer

Summary

Join Plusgrade as an Intermediate Development Engineer and contribute to the creation and maintenance of white-label loyalty solutions. As part of a primarily frontend engineering team, you will develop modern React-based applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the technical health of the team's projects. This permanent position requires 5-7+ years of experience with JavaScript and React.JS, along with strong communication skills and experience mentoring junior developers. Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience working with JavaScript and React.JS
• Experience working with junior developers and elevating their skillset
• Great communication skills
• Experience building applications using React, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with unit testing with React
• Experience with Agile Scrum

Responsibilities

• Develop modern React based front-end applications that reach millions of users around the world
• Share in responsibility for your team’s technical health: architecture, best practices, reliability, security, etc
• Improve developer and user experience through thoughtful design, rigorous testing, and clear documentation
• Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders
• Play an important role in helping us to deliver high-quality products to our partners and customers
