Summary

Join Vidyard's Product Design team as an Intermediate Product Designer and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform's core functionality. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities include designing user experiences, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and conducting user testing. This remote role requires 2-4 years of Product Design experience, experience at a product-led growth organization, and proficiency in design tools like Figma. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Product Design experience
  • Design experience at a product-led growth organization
  • Ability to own the end-to-end design process, from rough ideas and wireframes to high fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma
  • Experience with research and testing methods required to develop customer empathy and validate ideas
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with a focus on impact and learning
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Designing the end to end user experience of our onboarding, activation and video creation and editing experiences. As well as, integrating new AI technologies into those workflows
  • Conducting user research initiatives to identify user needs, behaviors, and opportunities
  • Rapid ideation of multiple design concepts and prototypes
  • Conducting user testing to validate design solutions
  • Collaborating with the design team to create a high quality, cohesive user experience
  • Documenting design decisions, processes, and outcomes to ensure that product designs are consistent and can be replicated in the future
  • Owning the UX Design strategy, partnering with your Product Manager and Engineering peers to ensure that designs meet customer, technical and business requirements
  • Using data to make and measure design decisions
  • Giving and receiving regular feedback in design critiques to improve the product experience
  • Working with Senior Designers to continuously improve your knowledge, skills and design toolkit
