Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in product management or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that support business objectives and drive growth
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimize the member funnel, focusing on conversion drivers across acquisition, onboarding, and retention stages
  • Design and implement strategies that drive member behavior through habit-forming features and behavioral hooks
  • Own key engagement metrics, including activation, retention, and frequency of app logins, using data to uncover and prioritize opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve member activation and ensure early moments deliver value and clarity
  • Define and test member communication strategies across channels (push, email, in-app), creating a unified, impactful messaging framework that drives behavior and builds trust
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development
  • Rapidly conduct product experiments and gather insights to drive continuous product iteration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, clinical and marketing, to ensure that products meet business needs and customer requirements
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features with full ownership based on business value and customer impact
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, specifications, and user stories
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes
  • Coach other PMs (junior and Intermediates)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with US B2B2C digital healthcare products
  • Experience with gamification features
  • Experience with Looker for business and product analytics
