Intermediate QA Engineer, Remote - New Zealand

Summary

The job description is for a QA Engineer (Intermediate) position in Xplor's Technology Vertical. The role involves conducting tests throughout all stages of software development to ensure quality of software products. Requirements

• Previous experience in QA engineering, preferably in microservices environment
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET and testing frameworks like xUnit or similar tools
• Previous experience in or a high level of exposure to automation testing will be the strong preference
• High level of knowledge in SQL
• Experience in design, implementation, and execution of test strategies and solutions
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Motivated by a fast-evolving environment where you'll have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests throughout all stages of software development to ensure quality of our software products
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests to identify defects and ensure that our products meet the required standards
• Closely work with software engineers, product managers, business analysts to drive the QA process, contributing ideas and process improvement
