Junior Manual QA Engineer

Summary

Developex is seeking a QA Manual Engineer with at least 1+ year of commercial experience as a QA Engineer to work on a project for a large gaming-focused computer component producer. The role involves analyzing requirements and test documentation, implementing results in detailed checklists, feature-testing new functionalities/devices, tracking bugs, verifying fixed bugs or implemented tasks, and directly testing various features and devices.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a QA Engineer
• Ability to work in a team (remote and office attendance options are available)
• Experience in desktop (windows and macOS) testing
• SDLC basics knowledge
• Testing theory’s basics knowledge (test cases, defects tracking, basic test design methodologies)
• Great academic background
• Intermediate or higher written English

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and test documentation
• Implement the results of the analysis in the form of detailed checklists for the team
• Feature-test new functionalities/devices
• Track bugs throughout their entire lifecycle
• Promptly verify fixed bugs or implemented tasks
• Directly test various features and devices

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PC components and peripherals
• IT-related education
• Spoken English
