This 9-month internship, remote-first and open to candidates across India, begins with a 3-month foundational phase focused on data entry to understand reservation systems and workflows. You'll then expand to core fulfillment activities like booking confirmations, data analysis, report generation, and issue resolution. Responsibilities

• Support critical backend workflows at Headout
• Perform data entry to deeply understand our reservation systems, workflows, and how the fulfillment engine at Headout operates
• Perform core fulfillment activities, such as booking confirmations, basic data analysis, report generation, and resolving issues on both the customer and service provider (SP) fronts

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior internship or academic project experience in data operations, reporting, or analysis
• Have worked on customer operations or order fulfillment processes
• Are comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Understand how performance metrics and data accuracy influence business decisions
