Requirements
- Candidate for or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferable) in Marketing, public relations or international development
- Excellent marketing and research skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Team Player; eager to take on challenges and work as part of a team
- Must be located in the United States
Responsibilities
- Support the Individual Giving and Engagement Team’s (IGET) efforts to leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential new donor prospects by gathering and analyzing data on potential donors, including their giving history, interests, and connections to Oxfam's mission
- Familiarize with Sales Navigator and manage the tool to its full capabilities
- Collaborate with the intern of the Institutional Funding and Partnerships Team (IFP) to identify prospective private donors and key people within funding institutions for outreach
- Create detailed profiles for new donor prospects, highlighting key information and potential engagement strategies under the direction of the Senior Prospect Research Officer
- Work closely with IGET and IFP teams to align research efforts with organizational goals and strategies
- Prepare and present regular reports on research findings, including actionable insights and recommendations for donor engagement
- Maintain and update donor information in the Oxfam’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a non-profit
- Knowledge of the field of international development, humanitarian and human rights
Benefits
Salary - $17.00 an hour
