Senior Partnership Manager

The position involves strategic initiative design and delivery, legislative support, implementation of new propositions, and excellent service delivery through reporting and escalation management. You will also identify and manage key internal stakeholders to meet partner expectations and lead discussions on product design changes.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience working within the Superannuation and/or Life Insurance Industry
• Excellent relationship management, collaboration, and negotiation/influencing capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen and comprehensive understanding of group insurance pricing and products
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and deliver new strategic initiatives to support the partner grow in line with business/partnership plans
• Support TAL and the partner with legislative change and advocating to the industry
• Work with the partner to implement new propositions, member engagement on insurance and digital solutions
• Deliver excellent service through oversight of insightful reporting, and act as escalation point for service escalations
• Identify, manage, and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery to partner expectations
• Identify, assess and deliver strategic initiatives to grow the partnership in line with agreed business plans
• Lead discussions on product design change
