Summary

Join GoDaddy's team as an Internal Communications Manager and create global communications for employees. You will collaborate with internal communications teammates and business partners to manage communications projects reaching global employees. Responsibilities include program managing all-employee global meetings, planning employee campaigns, developing content and creative assets, and analyzing relevant metrics. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing, project management, and content creation skills, along with experience in communicating with diverse audiences. Requirements

  • 5+ years of communications, marketing or journalism experience
  • Proficiency in effective storytelling with experience communicating with various audiences
  • Project management experience with strong attention to detail
  • Strong presentation and consulting skills
  • Creative experience designing visual communications including videos, imagery, and infographics
  • Experience creating content for audiences across multiple markets
  • An openness for constructive, creative feedback – we love a growth mindset!
  • Attention to detail - from email copy to distribution lists to slides, you’ll catch the slightest discrepancies and ensure the best content is published with the employee experience always top of mind

Responsibilities

  • Program manage the recurring all-employee global meetings
  • Plan engaging employee campaigns across different subject matters/mediums, to include product launches and customer marketing campaigns
  • Develop content and creative assets for campaigns delivered in a timely manner
  • Experiment to continuously evaluate and evolve the most effective ways to share news
  • Test, track, analyze and report on relevant metrics to establish benchmarks, measure success, and continuously improve
  • Support the Internal Communications Team ongoing editorial planning and assessment
