Internal Communications Manager, Remote - United States

Summary

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a corporate communications, change management leadership role
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, English, Creative Writing, International Business, Management, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy
• Create and maintain a consistent, clear, organizational voice and timely messaging
• Build relationships and liaise with the Director+ community to increase transparency within our global team member base
• Support external communications strategy, including press and awards
• Partner with social media team to create strong brand evangelists internally and externally
• Identify, write, and edit a broad range of executive-level communications for internal audiences
• Coordinate and communicate a master digest or central schedule of key events, deadlines, and changes at depth, leadership, and company levels
• Identify all relevant company communication channels and determine the most effective ones to ensure widespread reach
• Support Executive leadership team in cascading vision, goals, and OKRs to the broader team
• Curate and maintain content in applicable sources to ensure validity and accuracy over time
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans and serve as the organization's spokesperson during crises or emergencies
• Promote and facilitate change management company-wide, ensuring impact of applicable changes is well-planned and clearly executed to impacted team members
