Product Operations Management Intern

Summary

The job is for a Product Operations Manager at Celonis, a fast-growing SaaS firm specializing in Process Mining technology. The role involves managing important processes within the product organization, such as feature request process, product review meetings, early customer engagement programs, and product launches. The candidate should have a technical degree, strong communication skills, ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs, proactive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and availability for 3-6 months.

Requirements

• Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, such as in Computer Science
• Strong communication skills with a keen interest in interacting with potential customers
• Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and challenges
• Ability and willingness to tackle complex problems using both quantitative and qualitative approaches
• A proactive attitude, taking initiative and driving tasks to completion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including fluent English)
• Availability as soon as possible for 3-6 months (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Running important processes in the product organization end-to-end
• Making these processes more efficient by implementing automations and simplifying steps
