Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
  • Orders processing – Sales Confirmation / Proforma Invoice issuance
  • Invoicing
  • Answer all customer inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue
  • Customer support
  • Follow up of prepayments – balance payments
  • Control and entry of commercial invoices in the company’s accounting system
  • Entry of company expenses
  • Communication with the suppliers about payments
  • Freight payments and communication with the shipping lines to match payments
  • Reporting
