Requirements

• Experience in Multicultural Environment
• Experience in Sourcing using different platforms
• Knowledge and Interest in Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms
• Availability to perform this role full-time
• Good Communications Skills with good level of English

Responsibilities

• Align with your Recruiter Manager your payment expectations
• Align the roadmap to make it happen
• Manage the vacancies assigned by your Recruiter Manager
• Sourcing candidates using variable Recruitment and Marketing Tools
• Pre-screen Candidates and present the best ones to your Recruitment Manager
• Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client
