Summary

You will be the first point of contact for potential leads, generating leads and working closely with Account Executives. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B software or technology sales, thriving in a dynamic, fast-growing, KPI-driven environment
  • Expertise in personalized, multichannel lead outreach and strong consulting skills when engaging with prospects
  • Previous experience in acquiring enterprise clients (1000+ employees)
  • Proficiency in common CRM and networking tools like HubSpot or Sales Navigator
  • A hunter spirit, convincing potential clients with your passion for our product – you approach new challenges with perseverance and determination
  • Fluency in English and ideally Nordic languages

Responsibilities

  • Spark interest in potential leads through a personalized, multichannel approach
  • Build strong relationships with potential leads, transforming them into qualified opportunities in the sales funnel
  • Strategically research our next big players and identify potential customers for outreach
  • Manage your own pipeline and convince stakeholders in discovery calls of our product
  • Support your Account Executive throughout the entire sales cycle, assisting with the preparation and execution of product presentations
  • Gather market insights and share internally for cross-departmental success
  • Represent Flip alongside your colleagues at trade fairs and events

Preferred Qualifications

German and other European language skills are a plus
