Summary

Join Brightsolid, a thriving MSP, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to our continued growth. This role focuses on building relationships with potential clients, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Requirements

  • Be a ‘people person’ with confident and polished communication skills
  • Possess a logical, detailed approach to work
  • Have a degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Build prospect profiles: Research the market and create detailed overviews of prospect verticals and organisations, including key drivers and challenges, business goals, decision makers and influencers
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies: Working with sales and marketing colleagues, you’ll figure out the best way to engage with prospects and start to build relationships with key contacts
  • Hand over ‘sales ready’ relationships: You’ll understand when a relationship is ready to move to sales and handover everything the salesperson needs to take an opportunity through to closed won

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a great understanding of the cloud and cybersecurity markets in north England and/or Scotland
  • Possess a wide-reaching network that you can tap into
