Summary

The job description is for a 1-year International Trainee position in Project Management I Offshore Portfolio at Vattenfall. The trainee will collaborate with the leadership team in Project Development and manage a portfolio of Offshore Wind projects. Requirements

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant practical experience such as an internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategy or portfolio management
  • Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships
  • Advanced level of working with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience in working with PowerBI is considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the leadership team in Project Development for Offshore Wind and in particular the Portfolio Director, overseeing and managing a portfolio of Offshore Wind projects in various stages of project development
  • Further develop portfolio cockpit and portfolio reporting in collaboration with stakeholders within and outside of Offshore Development
  • Prepare monthly portfolio and decision meetings
  • Involvement in portfolio initiatives (e.g. portfolio strategy, portfolio optimization, market development or similar)
