Summary

Emma, a D2C sleep brand founded in 2013, is seeking a candidate for a marketing, sales or business development role in their Dutch market. The successful applicant will manage projects, optimize website, develop marketing activities, expand e-commerce shop, acquire new customers, analyze market trends, and suggest ideas to improve client experience. Requirements include studying Business Administration, Management or related university program, fluency in English and Dutch, practical working experience in a start-up environment, strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and availability for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects in the field of marketing, sales or business development in our Dutch market
• Optimize our website and develop new marketing activities independently
• Expand our Emma e-commerce shop
• Support the operative steering process of one of our markets
• Acquire new customers by exploring a variety of marketing channels to boost revenue
• Analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…)
• Suggest ideas to improve our client experience based on customer feedback
• Have the opportunity to work on other activities that are aligned with your interests (social media campaigns, advert design, market strategy, SEO…)
