Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 0โ€“2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (sales internships or relevant part-time work is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with prospects
  • A passion for technology and SaaS solutions, with a desire to grow in sales
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn for prospecting is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers using platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism and other industry tools
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate leads
  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding their business needs and aligning them with Natterboxโ€™s solutions
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and communications in Salesforce
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and outreach efforts
