Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a related customer-facing, technical discipline such as integration implementation or similar role
  • Project management skills with the ability to read, interpret, and create technical documents
  • Familiarity with JSON, HL7 and APIs

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and scoping calls with new integration vendors
  • Respond to customer inquiries about interoperability/integration needs and solutions including connectivity options
  • Design and document API and HL7 integration workflows
  • Translate and explain complex technical information, including desired outcomes, for all stakeholders
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for other departments such as Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Implementation
  • Design education materials as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in an interoperability role
  • Experience in EHR clinical workflows
