Join Results for Development (R4D), a leading non-profit, as a translation and interpretation service provider. R4D seeks providers to offer translation services (English to French/Spanish and vice versa) for various documents and interpretation support for senior officials and stakeholders. The primary languages are English, French, and Spanish, but additional language capabilities are a plus. Multiple contracts may be awarded. Requirements

• Submit a clear and complete response for each element of the RFQ
• Note and explain any response that deviates from the stated requirements
• Clearly identify any third-party product(s) or service(s) that is a part of its RFQ response
• Comply with prohibitions on certain telecommunications and technology services according to the FAR 52.204-24 & FAR 52.204-25
• Provide a comprehensive description of the services proposed
• Provide a breakdown of costs for each service with sufficient detail on pricing and the basis for pricing to allow comparison among competing proposals
• Indicate lead times and pricing for regular and expedited services as applicable
• Indicate whether or not your company has a MWBE certification by an accredited certification body and provide name of certifying agency and date your current certification expires if certified

Responsibilities

• Provide translation services for speeches, fact sheets, web content, press materials, correspondence, proposals, reports, and official documents from English into French and Spanish and vice versa
• Provide interpretation support
• Provide simultaneous translation to senior officials and stakeholders, as requested

Preferred Qualifications

• Provide interpretation (simultaneous/consecutive) for conferences and workshops
• Provide interpretation for small official delegations attending study tours
• Provide translation for graphic design elements
• Provide multilingual copy-editing services
• Provide Creole interpretation capabilities for francophone countries, particularly in Africa
• Possess additional language capabilities, including Portuguese and Russian
