Remote Interviewing Team Specialist

Join Fresh Prints as an Interviewing Team Specialist to manage a team of part-time Campus Interviewers, recruit and onboard new interviewers, and collaborate with the Recruiting and Training Team Managers. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, recruiting/interviewing experience, and people management experience.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
• Fluency in English is a must
• Great interpersonal and people skills
• LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting/interviewing experience
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15+ part-time Campus Interviewers
• Meet once weekly with them to deliver feedback, QA their interview calls, and review their performance metrics to help them grow as interviewers and talent evaluators
• Recruit + onboard more Campus Interviewers on a rolling basis to ensure our team capacity meets business needs
• Manage and update team metrics and dashboards daily—report on progress weekly
• Collaborate closely with the AD of CM Ops and the Recruiting and Training Team Managers to provide Campus Manager recruits, interviewees, and trainees with a cohesive and outstanding experience
• Use existing processes, scripts, and workflows + further develop them to maximize your team’s performance, effectiveness, and success
