You will be responsible for portfolio operations, reporting, and monitoring of customer portfolios and investments. Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity in portfolio management and trading systems, handling equity corporate actions, preparing performance and regulatory reports, maintaining investment databases, and supporting portfolio oversight. You will collaborate with the Investment Management and Development teams. Success in this role involves helping customers achieve their impact investing goals and fostering excitement about impact investing. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in data management, ideally with financial data, a passion for sustainable investing, proficiency in quantitative tools (e.g., Python) and databases (SQL), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork abilities. Requirements
- Have previously gained first professional experience in data management, ideally working with financial data (e.g. within an internship or first graduate role)
- Be passionate about long-term investing in sustainable and impactful assets
- Have working experience with quantitative tools (e.g. Python) and databases (SQL) in your daily work
- Be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's degree or other professional finance training
- Be a self-starter, applying strong conceptual thinking to identify innovative solutions to streamline processes when working with big data
- Be eager to work in a fast-paced investment management and trading environment
- Have an eagle eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality
- Be a team player with proficiency in English

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily data integrity and quality in portfolio management and trading systems
- Handle equity corporate actions and prepare recommendations to enhance operational processes
- Own performance, tax and regulatory reporting
- Prepare and oversee customer fee and reimbursement bookings
- Maintain the database of investments and ensure daily information is correct
- Support daily oversight of portfolio positioning to ensure alignment with established investment guidelines
