Summary
Join Storable as a Revenue Operations Analyst and help build out the revenue operations function. You will play a key role in supporting the Revenue organization in strategy & planning, reporting & analytics, process, tools & technology, and enablement. This role is crucial in establishing a world-class Revenue Operations function. Responsibilities include reporting and visualization, sales operations, pricing analysis, and licensing support. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, preferably in SaaS, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong analytical skills. Requirements
- 2-4 years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience, preferably in SaaS organizations
- Bachelors degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (Salesforce, Excel, CRM systems etc.) to drive insights and decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. Proven experience in data strategy development, CRM management, and data integration within a business context
- Strong proficiency in Excel,visualization, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Graphs
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in a vacuum
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively across departments (sales, marketing, revenue operations, customer success)

Responsibilities
- Use reporting and analytics to provide insights to leadership that will help make the Revenue organization more efficient and effective
- Develop compelling presentations and engage in discussions to articulate the value of data-driven strategies and help influence decision-making
- Collaborate with customer success managers to support providing insightful and impactful metrics directly impacting customer growth and retention
- Continuously improve data-related processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Establish and track KPIs related to revenue generation, customer engagement, market trends, and return on investment. Role is critical to helping make data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights into market trends, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities
- Reviewing individual contracts, multi-property agreements, master services agreements to onboard new clients
- Ensuring licensing, pricing and discounts are accurately reflected through clientsโ agreements
- Work closely with the sales team to improve sales processes and efficiencies
- Support pricing analysis and strategy and assist internal teams (finance, customer success) with commercial renewals or negotiations
- Support our growth in North America of activating new clients and their subscription plans
- Adding subscription enhancements to existing clients, and
- De-activating clients who are cancelling
- Update customer subscription packages for new product feature releases
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SaaS key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics; good understanding of RV Camping industry and experience in travel industry is beneficial
- Experience in optimizing data processes and implementing data governance practices is a plus
